The Venus-i™ Laser System is a new, portable, light weight, high power Erbium:YAG laser system with applications in dermatology, cosmetic and plastic surgery, general surgery, ENT and ophthalmology. An ideal laser for skin resurfacing, it is the smallest, yet among the most powerful, Erbium:YAG lasers on the market. It provides an ideal treatment for younger patients with mild wrinkles or moderate sun damage, and can be used on both facial and non-facial skin such as the hands. About the same size as the desktop Aura-i™ KTP/532 Laser System, it is roughly one-half the size and one-half the weight of most other Erbium systems currently available. It also operates on standard electric current (115 volts U.S./230 volts international)

The Venus-i System is available with fully integrated, computer-controlled, high-speed scanner and an ergonomically designed handpiece.
